bug: Noise Option Broken on Firefox

Describe your issue

The noise effect does not work properly on Firefox when compared to Chrome and Safari, only displaying in the corner rather than over the entire element.

I can confirm this.
It seems to only happen with certain values for --size.

Examples:
0-21px: broken
22px: working
24.1px - 24.4px: working, while decimal numbers around that are not working

In firefox devtools when I inspect the --size variable on .btn-sm, the .25rem is greyed out (to me, usually that means it doesn't work), as can be seen in the screenshot.
