docs: Add example of select/dropdown with fixed height and many options

It would be nice to have a docs example showing how to handle a large number of options with a fixed-height, scrollable menu, either using the select component or the dropdown/menu pattern.

• I don't think it's such a common case - the default is pretty good
• it only works on styled selects, and on browsers that support it
• it's simple if you look in the source css for select (linked in docs)
