Specifically checking for this, we're seeing that we do have the data for the emojis and they're not being displayed to the user? Is this maybe something where we're waiting on the PyICU work for Scribe-Server to be finished? The goal would be that we'd have scribe-org/Scribe-Server#64 brought in by the end of the week, and then maybe we can redeploy and see on the emoji data?

@angrezichatterbox and @Roniscend: This issue should be able to be worked on now as Scribe-Server has the necessary emoji data. Let us know if it's currently working as is and was just a data problem, or if not let's do the necessary work to finalize and test emojis being shown :)
