Allow keyboard special settings on emoji long hold and move key

Description

In discussing the UI with @angrezichatterbox, we decided the following for the emoji key:

• We want it to be to between the comma key and space bar to match the Gboard
• We want it to have a settings cog in the top right to show that there's other functionalities
• We want a long hold action to be added
• Long holding would provide a tooltip with emojis as the middle option, and then to the right would be the clipboard key
• To the left would eventually be the floating keyboard, which would be added in feat: Add floating keyboard functionality to Scribe-Android (#261) #621

@Roniscend, quick check in here :) Would you be able to prioritize this issue and then we can switch the focus back to #657? Would be nice for us to finalize this so that we bring in another couple of PRs and move towards an MVP release 😊
