Include profantity table in Scribe-Data output

Description

Something that we're realizing for Scribe-Android in scribe-org/Scribe-Android#660 is that we need the profanity table to be outputted with the language packs. This would allow this table to be used in autosuggestions and autocompletions to assure that strings that contain profane words are not displayed to the user :)
