Giga Meter is an open-source desktop application that measures the quality of a school's internet connection. It runs automated tests during the school day and reports the results to Giga Maps, the public, global map of school connectivity. Giga Meter is developed by Giga, a UNICEF-ITU initiative to connect every school to the internet.
