docs: normalize canonical book workspace paths

Summary

• make 0.1 Econmi - The Origin of Wealth/ the canonical public Book 1 path
• move the current Book 1 blueprint to that existing path and retire the duplicate origin_of_wealth_and_economics/ alias
• add BOOK_REGISTRY.json covering all known book tracks and their publication states
• document one shared book workflow in books/README.md, PUBLIC_MANIFEST.md, and AGENTS.md
• whitelist only curated public history files while keeping raw and draft directories ignored

Root cause

The local canonical book folder and the public alias had diverged. The repository also ignored the entire uet_history/ tree, which made selected public files hard to distinguish from local-only material.

• duplicate book IDs and public paths checked
• public file existence checked
• Book 1 blueprint hash matched the workspace source before whitespace normalization
• git diff --cached --check passed
• raw and draft paths were excluded from the staged scope
