Still, I don't get fully on how to use this repo

The Readme says that I can install individually plugins. On the other hand the global AGENTS.md talks about "cross-harness skills" and references i.e. docs/agents.md where all agents are listed.

So, should claude pick the appropriate plugins by itself by reading agents.md etc? (there is also "auto-discovery" mentioned in AGENTS.md)
If so, how should the installation be done by the user?

Initially I thought I pick per project my set of say 10 skills I might be using in my project, but then auto-discovery cannot work.

it would be nice to clarify and add this to the readme.md.
