Short Description

Attempting to open my backpack (by both clicking and alt clicking) give me nothing. I seem to be unable to wear a belt either.

Reproduction

1: Join the round as janitor
2: Attempt to open backpack
3: Alt click backpack
4: Try to drag backpack to my functional hands
4.1: Be unable to put it back on
5: Buy a janibelt
6: Attempt to put on said janibelt
7: Be unable to open backpack nor put on belt

during this round i was playing as a polysmorph with no quirks, though i'm unsure if this is notable as part of the issue

addendum: after trying to write a paper, it appears i can't use a pen on paper either.
i've restarted ss13 numerous times and gone as far as rebooting my entire BYOND client
