vampire instant winning against anyone in melee range is a little bit much i think, maybe have them give a reduced effect like confusion if its used on someone with protection |

An antag's only tool to combat security is completely negated by the items security literally spawns with

bugfix: Vampire and Abomination no longer have two different abilities overwriting eachother
